The Mayor of Signal Hill, Edward J Wilson, made a special stop at Courtyard Care Center to visit with Julie Javier, the former Administrator at Courtyard Care Center the staff and residents. Julie Javier was the administrator at Courtyard since 2003! The community, her staff, and residents were so happy to have her for so many years and appreciate her hard work, dedication and service to Courtyard Care Center and the Signal Hill Community.
